1.Fermi restando tutti gli altri Termini e Condizioni, l'offerta è disponibile per i Clienti di PU Prime che hanno soddisfatto i criteri di idoneità per l'offerta ("Clienti idonei") come indicato nelle sezioni seguenti.

2.The “Survey Promotion” may be offered by PU Prime from time to time to clients who open real trading accounts (meaning not demo) with PU Prime, in cases where such clients are referred to PU Prime via specific websites and/or social network sites in the context of certain specific promotions, and/or surveys that PU Prime may be running from time to time on such specific websites and/or social network sites.

3.PU Prime, at its absolute discretion, offers the “Survey Promotion” to any Client(s) from any countries/regions, as it deems appropriate and for as long as PU Prime deems to provide it.

4.Only persons who can form legally binding contracts under the laws applicable in their country of residence may participate in the “Survey Promotion”. Without limiting the foregoing, participation in the “Survey Promotion” is not allowed for persons under the age of 18 or otherwise under legal age in their country of residence (“Minors”). If you are a minor, you cannot participate in the “Survey Promotion”.

5.Participation of “Intermediaries/Related Parties” in the “Survey Promotion” is prohibited. If the registration and/or trading data of a participant in the “Survey Promotion” corresponds with the registration and/or trading information, including but not limited to IP address, of another participant in the “Survey Promotion”, PU Prime reserves the right to regard this matching as a reason for immediate disqualification. For the purposes hereof, the term “Intermediary (ies)/Related Party (ies)”, when used in these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, shall mean to include any person or entity bearing a relationship with any participant in the “Survey Promotion”, including, without limitation:

b)person or entity, whom any participant in the “Survey Promotion”, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, or whom, directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, is controlled by, or is under common control with any participant in the “Survey Promotion”; for purposes of this definition, the term “control” (including, with correlative meaning, the terms “controlled by” and “under common control with”), as used with respect to any participant in the “Survey Promotion”, shall mean the possession, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, of the power to direct or cause the direction of management policies of such person or entity, whether through ownership of voting securities or otherwise.

6.Similarly, persons associated in any manner whatsoever with PU Prime and/or with the specific websites and/or social network sites on which PU Prime may be running from time to time certain specific promotions, contests and/or surveys, in the context of which access to the “Survey Promotion” is offered, are not allowed to participate in the offer.

1.Promotion area: United Kingdom, Canada, Nigeria, India, Malaysia, Vietnam, Italy, Spain, South Korea, Thailand

2.Eligible Clients: New and existing PU Prime APP users who have done the survey between 12 August - 26 August 2024.

3.Eligible account type: Standard Account, Islamic Standard Account.

4.A total of 10 winners will be randomly selected for this promotion, each winner will get a $500 cash voucher through APP before 31 August 2024. Winners will be notified by email.

5.After receiving the cash voucher, within 30 days, the client must deposit at least $200 USD and trade a minimum of 2 standard lots of currencies, metals, crude oil spot, crude oil futures products, BTCUSD, or ETHUSD.

6.The voucher's validity is 30 days. Any unused vouchers will become unavailable upon expiration date with no extension given.

7.The voucher is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.

The following conditions apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

All PU Prime promotions are provided in accordance with applicable laws.
PU Prime promotions are not designed to alter or modify an individual’s risk preference or encourage individuals to trade in a manner that is inconsistent with their own trading strategies.
Clients should ensure that they operate their trading account in a manner that is consistent with their trading comfort level.
New Accounts are subject to approval as per PU Prime’s Account opening procedure. Individuals who apply for an account must check their local laws and regulations before applying for an account with PU Prime.
PU Prime reserves the right to decline any application or indication to participate in any promotion at its sole discretion, without providing any justification or explaining the reasons for such a decline.
PU Prime reserves the right to exclude and/or cancel a client’s participation in its offers or promotions if:
a)Churning (opening and closing of Forex or CFDs transaction just for the benefit of earning a benefit);

b)the client is found to be in violation of its Client Agreement or has breached the promotions Terms and Conditions. In case such misconduct or the breach, PU Prime shall have the right to deduct any bonus amounts from the trading account.
The Company has the right to withdraw without prior notice the Bonus or profit gained from it, if:
a)In a case where breach of these Terms and Conditions occurs;

b)The Company has reasonable grounds to believe a misuse of the Bonus;

c)Client withdraws any amount of initial and/or any subsequent deposits without trading activity.
PU Prime may make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time and will notify clients of these changes by posting the modified terms on the PU Prime website. Clients are advised to revise these Terms regularly, and by client’s continued use of PU Prime website and services that client accepts any such modified terms. PU Prime reserves the right to modify or cancel any offers at its sole discretion at any time.
PU Prime will not be liable for any loss, costs, expense or damage which may be suffered in connection with this promotion and which by law may not be excluded by these Terms.
In caso di sospetto di posizioni di blocco o di copertura, PU Prime si riserva il diritto di rifiutare l'emissione di premi o di reclamare i premi distribuiti.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
If these Terms and Conditions are translated into a language other than English, then the English version of the terms shall prevail where there is an inconsistency.
