1.Fermi restando tutti gli altri Termini e Condizioni, l'offerta è disponibile per i Clienti di PU Prime che hanno soddisfatto i criteri di idoneità per l'offerta ("Clienti idonei") come indicato nelle sezioni seguenti.

2.The “Japan Promotion Package” may be offered by PU Prime from time to time to clients who open real trading accounts (meaning not demo) with PU Prime, in cases where such clients are referred to PU Prime via specific websites and/or social network sites in the context of certain specific promotions, and/or surveys that PU Prime may be running from time to time on such specific websites and/or social network sites.

3.PU Prime, at its absolute discretion, offers the “Japan Promotion Package” to any Client(s) from any countries/regions, as it deems appropriate and for as long as PU Prime deems to provide it.

4.Only persons who can form legally binding contracts under the laws applicable in their country of residence may participate in the “Japan Promotion Package”. Without limiting the foregoing, participation in the “Japan Promotion Package” is not allowed for persons under the age of 18 or otherwise under legal age in their country of residence (“Minors”). If you are a minor, you cannot participate in the “Japan Promotion Package”.

5.Participation of “Intermediaries/Related Parties” in the “Japan Promotion Package” is prohibited. If the registration and/or trading data of a participant in the “Japan Promotion Package” corresponds with the registration and/or trading information, including but not limited to IP address, of another participant in the “Japan Promotion Package”, PU Prime reserves the right to regard this matching as a reason for immediate disqualification. For the purposes hereof, the term “Intermediary (ies)/Related Party (ies)”, when used in these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, shall mean to include any person or entity bearing a relationship with any participant in the “Japan Promotion Package”, including, without limitation:

b.person or entity, whom any participant in the “Japan Promotion Package”, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, or whom, directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, is controlled by, or is under common control with any participant in the “Japan Promotion Package”; for purposes of this definition, the term “control” (including, with correlative meaning, the terms “controlled by” and “under common control with”), as used with respect to any participant in the “Japan Promotion Package”, shall mean the possession, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, of the power to direct or cause the direction of management policies of such person or entity, whether through ownership of voting securities or otherwise.

6.Similarly, persons associated in any manner whatsoever with PU Prime and/or with the specific websites and/or social network sites on which PU Prime may be running from time to time certain specific promotions, contests and/or surveys, in the context of which access to the “Japan Promotion Package” is offered, are not allowed to participate in the offer.

3.The NDB and 100% Deposit Bonus cannot be used at the same time.

NDB

1.Promotion component: 100 USD NDB or 15,000 Japanese Yen NDB

2.Account type: Standard Account, Islamic Standard Account, Cent Account, Islamic Cent Account.

3.Eligible Clients: new clients who opened an account through the specific account opening link.

*New clients means no previous account opening record in PU Prime

4.If clients have multiple eligible accounts, they can only select one eligible account to participate in.

5.After a client's eligible account is created, the account manager assists his/her client to apply for the NDB.

6.NDB Credit in start from: 4 July 2024
NDB Credit out: 30 days after the credit in

*Please note that NDB may take up to 24 - 48 working hours to reflect.

7.About deposit & withdrawal during the promotion:

a.IF the client made deposit during NDB trading period:
b.Deposit is not restricted. Withdrawal of deposit is also not restricted.
c.Profit can be withdraw but has limitations:
Clients need to make deposits (minimum is 50 USD (or currency equivalent)) and complete at least 1 standard lot trading volume during the NDB trading period.
*After the NDB is removed or used up, the withdrawal limitation will be cancelled.

8.AFTER THE PROMOTION PERIOD ENDS:

a.This promotion will expire 30 days after the credit in, all orders must be closed, and the client needs to apply for withdrawal before promotion ends. After promotion ends, the NDB in the account will be automatically removed. Clients must make sure they have enough margin in their account to prevent the trades from getting liquidated.
b.If the account does not have any deposit or transaction record, the bonus and balance will be automatically removed after the promotion period ends.

100% Bonus di deposito

1.Account type: Standard Account, Islamic Standard Account, Prime Account, Islamic Prime Account, Cent Account, Islamic Cent Account, Prime Cent Account, Islamic Prime Cent Account.

2.Eligible Clients: new and existing clients who opened an account through the specific account opening link.

*New clients means no previous account opening record in PU Prime

3.Only a new deposit during the 100% Deposit Bonus period can apply for the credit bonus. A new deposit does not include the funds transfer between the accounts that are under the same name (internal transfer), refer-a-friend bonuses, and cash adjustments.

4.If there are multiple trading accounts under the same client’s name, all eligible trading accounts can participate in this promotion, and the system will count the deposit and withdrawal of the account that has received the credit bonus. Based on the client’s ID, clients with the same name account can only redeem a maximum of 10,000 USD in credit (or currency equivalent) in total. (Note: For this promotion, customers can only apply for the “100% Deposit Bonus” once, and all subsequent deposits are only calculated according to the 20% ratio).

5.I clienti idonei (sia nuovi che esistenti), che soddisfano i criteri qui esposti, possono ricevere bonus di credito o altrimenti noti come credito di trading, pari a:

a.100% sull'importo del loro primo deposito, fino a 1.000 USD (o valuta equivalente), effettuato sul loro conto reale (cioè non demo) con PU Prime. L'importo massimo del bonus di credito assegnato a un particolare Cliente idoneo sul suo primo deposito sarà limitato a un importo massimo di 1.000 USD (o valuta equivalente) in credito.
b.20% sull'importo di qualsiasi deposito successivo effettuato nei loro conti reali (cioè non demo) con PU Prime, a condizione che l'importo massimo di qualsiasi bonus di credito assegnato a un particolare Cliente idoneo sia limitato a un importo massimo di 9.000 USD (o valuta equivalente) in credito.
c.L'importo totale dei bonus di credito che possono essere accumulati durante questa promozione è fissato a 10.000 USD di credito (o valuta equivalente), per Cliente idoneo.

d.Eligible Clients will automatically activate 100% Deposit Bonus. Clients can check within their client portal.

f.Accumulated credit bonus (es) under this promotion is valid and may be used to support the client's account margin. Eligible Clients may use their credit bonus in order to increase their margin during the promotion, when there is a loss in the client's trading account, client will lose the principal part first, and then lose the credit bonus part.
g.Il periodo di trading del credito promozionale dura 365 giorni, a partire dal giorno in cui il cliente attiva con successo la promozione. Tutti i clienti possono partecipare a questa promozione solo una volta, e non potranno partecipare nuovamente alla promozione dopo la sua scadenza.
h.Alla scadenza della promozione, PU Prime azzererà qualsiasi bonus di credito rimanente riscattato nell'ambito di questa promozione senza ulteriori notifiche ai clienti, pertanto i clienti devono assicurarsi di avere un margine sufficiente sul proprio conto per evitare che le operazioni vengano liquidate. Si riconosce inoltre che la Società non sarà ritenuta responsabile per eventuali posizioni chiuse/perdite di operazioni/perdita di profitti o di profitti maturati e/o per qualsiasi conseguenza che possa causare al/i conto/i di trading.
i.Se il conto di trading dei clienti viene chiuso o sospeso, PU Prime può cancellare a sua discrezione il "Bonus di credito" accreditato sul loro conto, insieme a qualsiasi profitto ottenuto dal "Bonus di credito".
j.PU Prime non sarà responsabile di eventuali costi, spese o danni che potrebbero essere subiti come risultato della reimpostazione o dell'aggiustamento del conto del cliente da parte di PU Prime come previsto dai presenti Termini e Condizioni, incluse, ma non solo, le perdite attribuibili alle posizioni aperte chiuse automaticamente.

1.This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.

2.La partecipazione alla promozione è aperta esclusivamente ai clienti.

3.Internal transfers are not allowed between the trading accounts that have redeemed the “Japan Promotion Package”.

4.The “Japan Promotion Package” applies to eligible clients who open a real (meaning not demo) account with PU Prime in accordance with the rules set herein and granted credit bonuses may be used for trading purposes only.

*Any withdrawal of capital will result in the proportional removal of your credit bonus. Transferring funds between your MT4 trading accounts is also considered as withdrawal.

*Finché il cliente presenta una richiesta di prelievo, indipendentemente dal fatto che il prelievo vada a buon fine o meno, il bonus di credito verrà detratto secondo la logica del sistema.

5.Il Credit Bonus non può essere (i) trasferito ad altre persone; (ii) trasferito su un altro conto detenuto dai Clienti idonei; o (iii) scambiato con altri servizi o benefici finanziari forniti da PU Prime.

6.Se il patrimonio netto del conto del cliente è inferiore al credito di trading sul suo conto, il credito rimanente può essere ritirato a nostra discrezione, il che potrebbe a sua volta costringere a interrompere tutte le posizioni aperte sul suo conto.

7.La PU Prime si riserva il diritto, a propria esclusiva discrezione, di

a.to decline registration of any participant in the “Japan Promotion Package”; and
b.disqualify any participant in the “Japan Promotion Package” who tampers or breaches these terms and/or any of the “PU Prime Terms and Conditions” set forth on PU Prime’s website.

8.PU Prime reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to discontinue the offering of this “Japan Promotion Package” to any of its clients, without having to explain the reasons. Such clients will be informed via email.

9.PU Prime reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate the “Japan Promotion Package” or any aspect of it at any time without having to compensate anyone for that. Prior notice of such changes will be given to clients. Please note that taking part in the “Japan Promotion Package” constitutes acceptance and agreement to abide by any such alterations, amendments and/or changes.

10.Qualsiasi indicazione o sospetto, a esclusiva discrezione di PU Prime, di qualsiasi forma di arbitraggio (incluso, ma non limitato, al profitto senza rischio), abuso (incluso, ma non limitato, a modelli di attività di trading del partecipante che indichino che il partecipante mira esclusivamente a beneficiare finanziariamente del bonus di credito senza essere realmente interessato a operare sui mercati e/o ad assumere rischi di mercato), frode, manipolazione, arbitraggio di cash-back connesso a un bonus di credito o qualsiasi altra forma di attività ingannevole o fraudolenta, annullerà tutti i bonus di credito precedentemente accreditati sui conti di trading reali del Cliente idoneo con PU Prime e/o tutte le transazioni effettuate e/o i profitti o le perdite conseguiti. In tali circostanze, PU Prime si riserva il diritto, a sua esclusiva discrezione, di chiudere/sospendere (temporaneamente o permanentemente) tutti i conti di trading reali di tali clienti idonei con PU Prime, annullare tutti gli ordini e tutti i profitti di tali partecipanti. In tali circostanze, PU Prime non sarà responsabile di alcuna conseguenza dell'annullamento del bonus di credito, compresa, ma non solo, la chiusura dell'ordine da parte dello Stop Out.

11.Nel caso in cui un conto di trading diventi inattivo, tutti i bonus di credito precedentemente assegnati saranno immediatamente ritirati dal conto reale del rispettivo Cliente idoneo presso la PU Prime.

12.Taking part in the “Japan Promotion Package” constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and of the PU Prime Terms and Conditions set forth on the PU Prime’s website.

13.The “Japan Promotion Package” is available for a limited period of time only, as indicated in the rules of engagement of the specific promotion, and/or survey of which the “Japan Promotion Package” is mentioned to be a part of.

14.In caso di sospetto di posizioni di blocco o di copertura, PU Prime si riserva il diritto di rifiutare l'emissione di premi o di reclamare i premi distribuiti.

15.If these terms and conditions of the “Japan Promotion Package” are translated into a language other than English, the English version is superior in the case of an incompatible interpretation.
