1.Fermi restando tutti gli altri Termini e Condizioni, l'offerta è disponibile per i Clienti di PU Prime che hanno soddisfatto i criteri di idoneità per l'offerta ("Clienti idonei") come indicato nelle sezioni seguenti.

2.The “Free Forex VPS” (“Promotion”) may be offered by PU Prime from time to time to clients who open real trading accounts (meaning not demo) with PU Prime, in cases where such clients are referred to PU Prime via specific websites and/or social network sites in the context of certain specific promotions, and/or surveys that PU Prime may be running from time to time on such specific websites and/or social network sites.

3.PU Prime, at its absolute discretion, offers the Promotion to any Client(s) from selected countries/regions, as it deems appropriate and for as long as PU Prime determines to provide it.

4.Only persons who can form legally binding contracts under the laws applicable in their country of residence may participate in the Promotion. Without limiting the foregoing, participation in the Promotion is not allowed for persons under the age of 18 or otherwise under legal age in their country of residence (“Minors”). If you are a minor, you cannot participate in the Promotion.

5.Participation of “Intermediaries/Related Parties” in the Promotion is prohibited. If the registration and/or trading data of a participant in the Promotion corresponds with the registration and/or trading information, including but not limited to IP address, of another participant in the Promotion, PU Prime reserves the right to regard this matching as a reason for immediate disqualification. For the purposes hereof, the term “Intermediary(ies) /Related Party(ies)”, when used in these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, shall mean to include any person or entity bearing a relationship with any participant in the Promotion, including, without limitation:

a.family members, such as siblings, spouses, ancestors, lineal descendants and collateral descendants;
b.person or entity, whom any participant in the Promotion, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with any participant in the Promotion; for purposes of this definition, the term “control” (including, with correlative meaning, the terms “controlled by” and “under common control with”), as used with respect to any participant in the Promotion, shall mean the possession, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, of the power to direct or cause the direction of management policies of such person or entity, whether through ownership of voting securities or otherwise.

6.Similarly, persons associated in any manner whatsoever with PU Prime and/or with the specific websites and/or social network sites on which PU Prime may be running from time to time certain specific promotions, contests and/or surveys, in the context of which access to the Promotion is offered, are not allowed to participate in the offer.

1.Promotion areas: All countries except for prohibited jurisdictions as per the discretion of PU Prime.

2.Promotional Period: effective from 1 April 2025 until further notice.

3.Eligible clients: Both new and existing clients.

4.Eligible accounts: Standard Account, Islamic Standard Account, Prime Account, Islamic Prime Account
*Eligible account types in MT4 / MT5 trading platforms are all applicable for this promotion.
*If there are multiple eligible accounts under the same client’s name, clients need to select one of them to activate the promotion and receive the refund, but the deposit requirement and trading volume will be calculated for all eligible accounts combined.

5.To participate in this promotion, clients must:

a.Opt-in for the Promotion via Client Portal;
b.Deposit at least $1,000 USD (or equivalent value);
c.Upload VPS invoice via client portal within 3 months from the last day of VPS billing period;
*The submitted invoice must include the client’s name (must be the same as the account holder), email, billing period, amount, and currency.
d.Meet the trading requirements below during the exact VPS billing period, which is a full calendar month:

e. Providing incorrect information when requesting a refund (e.g., incorrect billing date or invoice number) will result in rejection. Clients will have to resubmit their request through the Client Portal.

6.Upon successfully achieving the trading requirements, each client can request for only one (1) VPS subscription per month.

7.The refund request will be rejected if the client fails to meet the trading requirements for the month. If a client suspects they may have been wrongfully rejected, they must resubmit a request via client portal.

8.Refunds will be processed within 10 days of the beginning of each calendar month after the VPS subscription monthly cycle completes.

9.PU Prime does not take any responsibility for any suffered losses or short received profit when using or being unable to use the VPS Service.

10.The VPS Service is provided by third parties. These third parties are not owned, controlled or operated by PU Prime. As such, PU Prime does not make any warranties regarding the service provided by these third parties.

11.Nota: le valute sopra indicate sono basate su dollari statunitensi (o valuta equivalente) e saranno regolate in base al tasso di cambio alla fine di ogni giorno (EOD).

1.La partecipazione alla promozione è aperta esclusivamente ai clienti.

2.Only a new deposit during the promotion can apply for the credit bonus. A new deposit does not include the funds transfer between the accounts that are under the same name (internal transfer), refer-a-friend bonuses, and cash adjustments.

3.La PU Prime si riserva il diritto, a propria esclusiva discrezione, di

a.to decline registration of any participant in the Promotion; and
b.disqualify any participant in the Promotion who tampers or breaches these terms and/or any of the “PU Prime Terms and Conditions” set forth on PU Prime’s website.

4.PU Prime reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to discontinue the offering of this Promotion to any of its clients, without having to explain the reasons.

5.PU Prime reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate the Promotion or any aspect of it at any time without having to compensate anyone for that. Prior notice of such changes will be given to clients. Please note that taking part in the Promotion constitutes acceptance and agreement to abide by any such alterations, amendments and/or changes.

6.Qualsiasi indicazione o sospetto, a esclusiva discrezione di PU Prime, di qualsiasi forma di arbitraggio (incluso, ma non limitato, al profitto senza rischio), abuso (incluso, ma non limitato, a modelli di attività di trading del partecipante che indichino che il partecipante mira esclusivamente a trarre vantaggi finanziari senza essere realmente interessato a operare sui mercati e/o ad assumere rischi di mercato), frode, manipolazione o qualsiasi altra forma di attività ingannevole o fraudolenta, annullerà tutte le transazioni effettuate e/o i profitti o le perdite conseguiti. In tali circostanze, PU Prime si riserva il diritto, a sua esclusiva discrezione, di chiudere/sospendere (temporaneamente o permanentemente) tutti i conti di trading reali di tali clienti idonei con PU Prime, di cancellare tutti gli ordini e di annullare tutti i profitti di tali partecipanti. In tali circostanze, PU Prime non sarà responsabile di alcuna conseguenza dell'annullamento della promozione, compresa, ma non solo, la chiusura degli ordini da parte dello Stop Out.

7.Taking part in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and of the PU Prime Terms and Conditions set forth on the PU Prime’s website.

8.The Promotion is available for a limited period of time only, as indicated in the rules of engagement of the specific promotion, and/or survey of which the Promotion is mentioned to be a part of.

9.In caso di sospetto di posizioni di blocco o di copertura, PU Prime si riserva il diritto di rifiutare l'emissione di premi o di reclamare i premi distribuiti.

10.If these terms and conditions of the Promotion are translated into a language other than English, the English version is superior in the case of an incompatible interpretation.
